I hope you are having the happiest holiday season with you and your loved ones! I have just finished painting my mural titled "Beautiful Harmony" for the Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs at the Robertson Recreation Center! 
 皆さま、年末に向けてお忙しいとは思いますがいかがお過ごしでしょうか。私はつい先日、ロサンゼルス市から依頼していただいていた、ロバートソンレクリエーションセンターの壁画「Beautiful Harmony 」(令和) を描き上げました！

I was chosen to be one of 12 official Los Angeles muralists in 2017, and it took two and a half years to complete this project. This new Recreation Center is on Robertson between Pico and 10 freeway. The intersection of various diverse community groups and had presented my work at various community meetings.
I choose John Felix Arnold III as my collaborator for this project because we are very different. My concept for this project was; two Artists fight against the wall to achieve the same goal to make something beautiful for the community. 

2017年にロサンゼルス市のオフィシャルな壁画作家に大抜擢していただいてから２年半を経てやっと壁画が完成しました。この新しいロサンゼルス市のレクリエーションセンターはロバートソン通りに面しています。様々なコミュニティの交差する位置に立つ公共の施設で、ここに至るまで数々のコミュニティーミーティングに参加してきました。
私は『2人の異なるアーティストが同じキャンバスで違う価値観のもとで戦いながら共通の「コミュニティーのために美しい作品を作る」という目標に向かって作品を作る』をコンセプトに、このプロジェクトのコラボレーターとして作風、バックグラウンド、価値観も全く違うJohn Felix Arnold III を選びました。

Needless to say, it was super intense and stressful 13 days. We fight against each other for the wall and finally made something beautiful!!! Thank you for the Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs for letting me have this wonderful opportunity! 
予想通りの怒涛の１３日で美しいものを作るという共通の目標に向かってかなり争いながら制作し、遂に壁画が完成しました！！！この素晴らしいプロジェクトに私を大抜擢してくださったロサンゼルス市、本当に有り難うございました。
